George D. Nagrodsky
Founder, Chairman and Director
George Nagrodsky has more than 20 years of experience in the information retrieval solutions business. As co-founder, chairman and director of Teledata Communications, Inc., George’s responsibilities include business planning, product development, marketing strategy, operation procedures, and corporate acquisitions. Additionally, George was the owner and president of Telemechanics, Inc., a telecommunications manufacturing company associated with AT&T. At Telemechanics, George managed 125 employees, reinvented the company four times, evolved its technology, and operated the company profitably for 30 years. George holds a B.B.A from Hofstra University, and has completed significant continuing education courses in business management, sales, marketing, employee law and benefits.
William S. Nass
Founder, President and Director
Bill Nass has more than 20 years of experience in the consumer credit and information retrieval industry. As co-founder and president of Teledata Communications, Inc., Bill is responsible for sales, marketing, product development and all strategic third-party relationships. Bill is actively involved with several industry associations, including the Consumer Data Industry Association (C.D.I.A). In addition, Bill serves on the American Financial Services Association's (AFSA) Associate Advisory and E-Commerce Committee. Bill holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
Raymond Lombardi, CPA
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ray Lombardi joined TCI in 1999, bringing more than 20 years of diversified financial and accounting industry expertise. As TCI’s vice president and chief financial officer, Ray has identified and established a successful managed hosting relationship with Verizon Business. Ray is a certified public accountant in the state of New York and has a B.S. in accounting, cum laude, from Long Island University/C. W. Post.
Vice President of Operations
Since 1984, Elizabeth Lane has been instrumental in TCI’s growth through various managerial and supervisory positions. Elizabeth oversees TCI’s Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Engineering, Front-End Development, Quality Assurance, Call Center, and Production Departments. Elizabeth holds a B.B.A. from Dowling College.
Chief Technology Officer
Over 20 years experience in information technology specializing is distributed enterprise system. Extensive experience designing and developing web based applications for insurance and financial companies. Responsible for aligning IT goals with overall business objectives. Manage software development, database administration, and infrastructure groups within the company.
Nat Palazzolo has more than 20 years experience in information technology, specializing is distributed enterprise system. He also has extensive experience designing and developing web-based applications for insurance and financial companies. At TCI, he is responsible for aligning IT goals with overall business objectives as well as managing software development, database administration and infrastructure groups within the company. Nat holds a master’s degree in Mechanical & Aero Engineering from Polytechnic Institute.
Barry B. Kirby II
Vice President of Sales
Barry Kirby with over 10 years of experience in consumer finance, has been with TCI since 2005. Barry Kirby joined TCI in 2005 with more than 10 years of experience in consumer finance. Barry is responsible for spearheading business development of the DecisionLender product line and maintaining strategic channel partnerships. Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
