TCI Continues To Grow

Frank Noto
Frank joins TCI after 10 years as an auto finance executive of lender sales and management at DealerTrack, Inc. Frank led the successful rollout of DealerTrack. com, and he was a key player in pioneering eContract sales technology. His vast industry experience makes him an ideal match for TCI. With more than 15 years in the industry, Frank has an outstanding track record of forecasting, industry analytics, market penetration and maximizing sales which gives him the experience needed to head up our project management group.
Stella DeRosa
As a project manager and business analyst for DealerTrack, Stella has focus, follow through, and knowledge of the software development process. With web project experience and requirements analysis, she brings a lot to the table. Stella's background in project management tools, processes and techniques strengthens TCI's project management team and makes her an asset our customers will appreciate.

Brian Irish
A seasoned senior credit analyst, Brian comes to TCI from Quantum Auto Group. Brian understands return on investment and minimizing risks as well as the importance of transforming data into high impact solutions. Brian's strengths lie in problem solving and relationship building. Brian's impressive background will allow our customers to draw on his industry knowledge to support their needs.
Suzanne Macolino
A skilled professional with 20 years of combined experience in management, sales and credit underwriting in the financial automotive and retail banking industries, Suzanne began her career at J.P. Morgan Chase and comes to TCI from Wachovia Bank. A top performer who consistently exceeded sales targets, Suzanne has a reputation for superior customer service.
Development
Thomas Paul
A senior software engineer at Confidential Corporation, Thomas brings expertise in software design and development, including technical lead and project management. He is an expert in object-oriented design-Java and .net-for enterprise development, web technology, database management systems, web services and modeldriven design. Thomas is a Sun-certified Java programmer and has experience as a Java instructor.
Thomas Daly
With more than 10 years of IT experience, Thomas comes to TCI from Broadridge Financial Solutions where he was a senior program analyst. Thomas has wide-ranging experience in Java development, object-oriented development, and design patterns as well as N-tier internet/intranet and client service applications development.
TCI Has New Systems and Servers
As a SaaS, we recognize how important it is to stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, which is why we constantly review industry trends and monitor system performance. We are almost through with an upgrade of our infrastructure. For you that translates to the latest in firewall protection, FASTER servers to support our growing client base, and added security, such as multi-factor authentication. We are also moving to a smart load balancer for increased monitoring of system utilization.
