Using a web browser,* the property manager submits the tenant application to your company. Your investigator views the application and automatically accesses on-line databases, such as credit bureaus, criminal records, DMV and more. Letters requesting confirmations such as previous tenancy and employment are prepared with a few keystrokes. Prospective tenant files are stored while you work on other aspects of the investigation and you can access the client file at any time to make changes and additions or to review its status.
