We require all of our technical support representatives to have minimum work related experience or certification from a technical support school. Once hired, all representatives complete our "TCI University" training program. Through training, personnel develop key knowledge of all of our products including hardware, credit check, background check and loan origination software and Internet applications, bureau products, security standards, various operating systems, and network support.

Our Technical Support tracks, monitors and manages all issues from the initial reporting through final problem resolution. We aim to achieve immediate support and single-call resolution for all issues. Escalation procedures ensure that problems are rapidly identified, and appropriate personnel are involved to address more complex calls. When required, the technician will document and escalate the issue to the appropriate support group (i.e. a Level 2 technician, Supervisor, Programming Department or IT Department). Resolution targets and associated escalation and notification methods will be based upon the nature of the problem.
